This is a messaging application developed and available in Zoho Recruit, where you can send an SMS to your customers and have a record of it inside Zoho Recruit. Additional features are available all in one place, for easy access and easy setup.
Extension Features
The SMS can be sent from the Candidates, Departments, Clients and Contacts modules. View the conversations held within each contact in Zoho Recruit.
Send personalized messages to a specific set of candidates using Zoho Recruit's filters.
Send message history to the candidate within Zoho Recruit.
Create a personalized template to send to your candidates inside Zoho Recruit.
Extension Installation
Go to Zoho marketplace and install the extension following the below steps.
Choose the profiles to whom you want to install the application in Zoho Recruit and proceed with installation.
Extension Settings
Kindly log in to your Vonage account and get the API Key and API Secret.
Paste the API Key and API Secret copied from your Vonage account page.
Extension Working
Once the configuration is done kindly navigate to any of your module, and open any specific record and select "Send SMS - Vonage".
Select your phone number and enter the desired message and then click on Send.
Extension History
You can able to see the SMS history within the respective records along with the status of the SMS.
