Google Maps for Zoho CRM utilizes the Google Place API to streamline address searches, automatically populating fields such as street address, city, state, zip code, and country. It seamlessly integrates into Zoho CRM, enabling users to effortlessly search for and fill in customer addresses with just a click of a button.
Integrate the Google Maps API into your Zoho CRM.
Enable address searches directly within Zoho CRM modules using a designated button.
Initiate address searches via a popup window.
Choose an address from the dropdown menu and automatically populate Zoho's address fields with the selected information.
Go to Zoho marketplace and install the extension.
Choose the profiles to whom you want to install the application in Zoho CRM and proceed with installation.
Kindly log in to your Google account and get the API Key to view the address within the CRM.
If you don't have API key you can use the "Open Google Maps" to view the address in the different tab.
Paste the API key copied from your Google account page and enable the sync settings. We have two different sync option.
Auto sync: When you open any record and load our extension it will automatically update the address by overwriting the existing value.
Manual Sync: If you would like to update the address you can search and manually sync them.
Mapping: Map your address fields for each module and select the field to search the address. For example if you would like to find the address using the company name you can choose that relevant option.
Once the configuration is done kindly navigate to any of your module, and select the "Find Address - Google Maps" option on the left panel.
Search for the address and click on "Sync" to update the address.
You can find the Google Maps URL within the record in a separate field for your reference.
